RETURNS, SHIPPING, CANCELLATION  POLICIES

Returns Policy

 

To return/exchange a product, Call our Customer Care Team on +9197313-00516 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at admin@chantillygroup.co.in

Returns – please note the following points:

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
     

  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
     

  • All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
     

  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
     

  • They return goods should be dispatched back to Chantilly Group within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
     

  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
     

  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

Shipping Policy
 

We at Chantilly know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. 

  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 3-5 days.
     

  • Free shipping is available on all products.
     

  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
     

Cancellation Policy

Chantilly Group reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
